1. Introduction

Get Clicked ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services, including data accessed from third-party platforms via authorized integrations.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

2.4 Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect your third-party accounts to Get Clicked, we access and process data from those platforms to provide our services. You authorize this access via OAuth, a secure industry-standard protocol that lets you grant Get Clicked access without sharing your password. The specific data we access includes:

Google Ads

We access your Google Ads account data to analyze and optimize your advertising campaigns. This includes:

  • Campaign, ad group, and ad configurations
  • Keyword lists and match types
  • Search term reports

  • Bid and budget settings

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We access your GA4 property data to measure marketing effectiveness and attribute conversions. This includes:

  • User behavior analytics (pageviews, engagement metrics)
  • Traffic source and channel attribution

Google Search Console

We access your Search Console data to monitor and improve your organic search performance. This includes:

  • Search queries and keyword rankings
  • Click-through rates and impression data
  • Page indexing status and coverage reports
  • Site performance metrics

3. How You Authorize and Revoke Third-Party Access

3.1 Authorization

Get Clicked uses OAuth 2.0 to request access to your third-party accounts. When you click "Connect" for a platform (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, or Search Console), you are redirected to that platform's consent screen where you can review the specific permissions being requested. You must explicitly grant access before Get Clicked can read any data. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our services.

3.2 Revocation

You can revoke Get Clicked's access to your third-party accounts at any time through either method:

  • From Get Clicked: Go to your dashboard and click "Disconnect" next to any connected platform.
  • From Google: Visit your Google Account permissions page and remove Get Clicked from the list of authorized applications.

Upon revocation, we will stop accessing new data from that platform. Previously accessed data may be retained as described in Section 7 (Data Retention) below.

3.3 Third-Party Platform Data Storage

Data accessed from third-party platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console) is stored separately from your personal account information in isolated, per-account storage. This data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not share your third-party platform data with other users or third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., generating reports and optimization recommendations). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in logs or client-side code.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • To process transactions and send related information
  • To communicate with you about updates, promotions, and news
  • To analyze usage patterns and optimize website performance
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our website and services
  • Analytics Partners: To help us understand how our services are used
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Third-party platform data (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console) is retained for the duration of your active subscription. When you disconnect a platform or cancel your account, we delete the associated platform data within 30 days. OAuth refresh tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.
